Montreal’s Pommery Ice Restaurant
The management of the Snow Village is proud to announce their partnership with the InterContinental Montreal Hotel for their highly popular Pommery Ice Restaurant, along with the appointment of Matthieu Saunier as Chef. Matthieu is Executive Chef at the InterContinental Montreal, and will now also direct the kitchens of the Pommery Ice Restaurant, the first and only ice restaurant of its kind in North America. Speaking in his irresistible southern French accent, Matthieu said, “We are very excited to develop new culinary creations in such an interesting context, and to combine our expertise with the entrepreneurial vision of the Snow Village’s three founders. The traditional hotel industry has just taken on a cool new dimension.”
The Pommery Ice Restaurant is open Thursday through Monday from 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. It is the city’s top spot for romantic tête-à-têtes, meals with friends or for celebrating private events with flair.
The restaurant also offers a lunch service from Thursday to Monday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
A deposit of 50% is taken when reserving. The deposit is non-refundable.
